Atori (as far as I'm aware) doesn't know Suzu has liked Yuu all this time.
Yuu....well, is Yuu.
And Atori clearly has a crush on Suzu - whether born of "oh this girl doesn't fall for my charms" or whatever else, it's becoming/has become romantic feelings.

So if/when Yuu suddenly wakes up to Suzu as a romantic partner, and they get together....that's kinda like Atori getting NTR'd, as the object of her affections is "taken" from her.
