As of ch 63, no one has ended up with anyone.

Despite Suzu getting dragged into multiple dates with Atori, admitting she likes her face, and tons of Suzutori rom com style physical comedy, Suzu has expressed zero interest in Atori.

Suzu only has eyes for Yuu. Most recent chapter wrapped up a 3 chapter long SuzuYuu date. Oh and Yuu is still head over heels for Atori.

Ah, okay, that's not as bad as I was expecting - granted, I haven't read it myself, so not sure how much it's pushed.
Though the author's comment, especially since it explicitly states 'NTR', doesn't give much hope.

Tbh I probably won't end up reading this one anyway, so eh.
Might check back to see how it's goin if it ever comes across my feed again tho.
