So i wanted to ask, is Araragi as cool in the anime as he is in this manga? I remember someone saying that he wasn't, but i wanted to sure.

@alacaelum He have his moments in the anime. But I have to admit the manga version is just so much better. Im not sure if this is how he really is supposed to he though, I’ve never gave the novels a try.

from seing the last chapter really quick i couldnt recognize what episode it was from the anime are the events of the manga differing from the anime and therefore is it worth to read it ? (havent tried it yet)

@kazu19 well novels just as different as manga from anime, different media, different ways of storytelling and portrayal of characters

@migh anime bakemonogatari is just one series of many, in manga it just got to the point there story from kizumonogatari will help translate to story of nekomonogatari:kuro before going to story of nekomonogatari from bakemonogatari (yep just as confusing as it sounds)

i dont get why they left this chapter as a cliffhanger, we already know that araragi wont die because hes telling the story later, and we actually see acerola later, so that disproves araragi just leaving her to die, but hey, writing is writing, and i cant say that i didnt at least feel some amount of tension during this chapter, so i guess it worked to some extent at least

@TimeVolt story is being told from Araragi's POV, and seems he passed out after this. It's just a good place to end a chapter.

Araragi is cool in all of the novels, anime and now manga. The manga is probably the most exaggerated though because we have Oh-Great drawing and he just loves it.

@Yanagi , thats the problem, without the so called characteristics i would lose recognition of the character(not saying generic face but not as expected),
Oh-great! 's drawing is top tier but only this part of character design is a bit disappointing for me

This meeting was well done, the art style, wich i usually aren't Picky about actually makes this better to me at least than the movie
