This feels like it was supposed to be the most important chapter in the entire 4th arc: Mushashi reaching his peak form with an unarmed style that's stronger than swords. Then it's just never followed up on again.
This would have been far more impactful if the "my hands can cut like swords" wasn't a gimmick we've already seen multiple times in other, much weaker fighters
