I would consider those claw slashes worse than his normal attacks because Pickle tends to eat garbage and chill in sewers. I bet he has allot of nasty bacteria under his nails too so realistically speaking Jack should get infected from those deep scratches. But Jack prob has super immune system at this point so won't do much against him.

Considering this is jack who we are talking about, if his body dying from some ancient virus he would just asked super doctor kureha a new body lmao
