HEEHEE! I went insane a bit, and spent three hours on using google translate to put this in english! So don't expect 100% Certainty here!
The First Chapter's Name is "Blade & Fang"
Sabukyo Ichiro (Translator said Sabu Keichiro) from Chapter 21 of Baki-Dou is the Old Guy! He seems to be training in his freetime, which he seems trapped in due to the shame of his past defeat (by Musashi who defeated him seven times without drawing a weapon).
It then segways into speaking of prisons, and amidst the Special Force Guards are actual swordsmen, a Supervisor I suppose, amongst them went to Question Sabukyo long ago when he was locked away, accused of murdering a person. (Now this could be heavily mistranslated! It could be that Sabukyo was the supervisor, or amidst the prisoners was a swordsman, they go on about Execution too!)
Now as the Supervisor questions him, it is said, he got the same answer as many others did (Or impression). That Sabukyo has killed more, about 10 people.
It wasn't clear, but it seems Sabukyo was either telling Gouroko this story, or vice versa, Gouroko then begins to say that if both opponents though, wield a sword, chances are the match is even. Sabukyo takes offense, knowing Gouroko is referring to Musashi, and Gouroko laughs, saying it was a simple joke.
Sabukyo deduces this must be a match against another swordsman, but Gouroko tells him no, this opponent doesn't weild a sword he uses his teeth. A Prospect Sabukyo questions indeed, but Gouroko tells him, if his oponent was indeed unarmed, Sabukyo would not be fighting him!
And the Match begins! Jack Hanma is referred to as the "Master of Biting, Master of Goudou, and Ring Master of Biting", he's indeed larger, and healthier apparently. And the Announcer goes about ramping up Sabukyo and his Mysterious strength, they face one another.
Much like when Yujiro thanked the Harpooner in Baki Dou 2018, Jack thanks Sabukyo for hearing out his brash request. Sabukyo stating that this confidence Jack holds seems to say that Jack thinks he can win against a swordsman.
The Ref says his usual bit, just that they're allowed to use weapons. They go back to their corners and as the match begins, Sabukyo charges eagerly, draws his sword with staggering speed but, Jack catches the blade and smashes it with his OWN TEETH!
Sabukyo surrenders as Jack is named victor and in small words at the bottom of the last page, it says NEW CHAPTER NEXT WEEK!
Now, as I said, I used Google translate, so it may not be 100 percent! But, if you're like me and can't wait, here you go!

Ahh, they're ramping up Jack Vs The Cord Cuttin' Boy himself! And they had Koushou injure Doppo of all people! Sure Doppo has been injured before but, for some guy who hasn't really seen action since Baki (Part 2), this is a pretty big step. But, we all know Jack will turn this around! We've seen what he can do to a sword... Can't imagine what he'll do to sword-like fingers. Oh wait, bite them! And now a 2 week wait! I'd be mad, but I've got a new One Piece Chapter, The announcement of a new Fist of the North Star Anime, and a Jojolands chapter to look forward to in the meantime
