yeah, but we also get that the dragon is probably exiled from his group, like on one side we get to see MC stats go crazy but we also get to confirm by this fight that there's still a vast world for the MC to go against, well probably they will show one of the other cheaters OHKO a dragon to show they are a threat

Not entirely true. There are many stories where dragons live alongside the other characters in the story. But just like any antagonistic character in a story, some will die because they chose to be cruel or evil. You just have to look a little harder to find the ones where the dragon is the protagonist or at least part of the protagonist's party.

See my guess is that the dragon is actually nesting its eggs and this is how it works not that it was exiled. That would explain why its so focused on its nest being safe plus would also be why they don't want anything in the area and were attacking things to prepare feed for the young
