For sure, that piece of shit is depicted realistically. What isn't realistic is the level of tolerance the rest of them have. One punch and they're content to be buddy buddy because he's good at plating? The dude should literally be in prison for attempted murder.

Tsuchiya is somebody who does have ability, he can be accepted by others. But he is such a piece of shit that he will literally turn against those who will guide him. He is the kind of douchebag who refuses to follow orders and do his own thing even if it would help him, fuck he even splits from his evil girlfriend, who literally will kill people for him.

Him adding new things to food at least gives him depth cooking wise.
I hope his ex GF who is spiteful, petty, and rich will fuck him up in the coming days.

Am I the only who sympathise with tsuchiya even if just a tiny bit. He is a grade a asshole, but he definitely has a lot of mental baggage and probably has been surrounded by "wrong" people up to now. Might be the first time some people are nice to him/appreciate him. What he needs the most is psychotherapy
