saw some suggest this in discord but can't find any thread for it.
Ban pages in chapters asking people to rate the manga x/10 pls.

I'm... fairly sure that if you ask people to rate a manga any arbitrary value in your credits page, the most it will do is just get them to vote period

the example given was for the manga 'Maou no Musume wa Yasashi Sugiru!' which has an unusually high score since the scanlators asked people to rate it 10/10.

@kanami-chan eh the rating system is still useful enough that I wouldn't consider scraping it. Even if the rating ultimately boils down to a popularity contest. You can tell if a series is going to be garbage if it has a rating equal to or less than 5 for example(unless some aspect made people asshurt enough to review bomb it).

rating system are useful, i do ask people to rate or comment on my release, for the sole purpose of "hey, you guys want me to continue translating this or not?" or "tell me where should i improve it", something like that.
but i wont *that far* ask for 10/10...
