Too bad its ended, right when their journey just begun, but thats life.

In near future we have a plan to do another music themed manga called Omae Dake wo Erebanai/I won't choose you.

Its based on very popular web novel and soon will be released as LN, its one of our community favorite novel, so lets hope the manga adaptation would turn out well.

I checked out the WN a few months ago, and from what i remember MC and FMC become a couple, and Yosuke joins their band and is Risa's love interest. I think they become a couple at the end, but i'm not 100% sure.

Mix of reason, so its started as webnovel and have 2 arc, both the LN and manga cover the first arc, the second arc is about MC friendship with his former band member. At the end of 2nd arc the author said he was planning to do athe third arc centered around Shigure, but its been years and the author is doing another music themed novel and it probably been abandoned.

Was hoping the manga would generate interest to adapt part 2, but the writer and publication probably though the sales didn't justify it or something.

I'm extremely happy the father suddenly appearing didn't hamper Risa's playing. How it all happened was the best possible way. If I recall correctly, Risa wasn't even supposed to gain the father's blessing yet, only after the national competition. However, it's not like the dad wanted to torment her, so he instead took this opportunity to see, as soon as possible, if she's serious about music.

Since this is the end, unnatural as it might be, I guess we should be happy Shigure's fate could be considered to have changed. She's most definitely not alone anymore. The burden is now actually on the MC alone since he's the least talented of the three. I doubt Risa and Shigure would want to abandon him, like the first timeline band did, so the dude needs to train so hard he's sweating blood to make sure he's not holding those two back.

Hard to say if this got axed when the author also abandoned his idea to continue it. I think this might be safer to end it here with the amount of stuff that were resolved in the battle.
