When I dabbled with Opera's lucid mode it was supposedly going to make images and videos clearer, but it made things look grainy instead... perhaps it would screw up intended blur effects too. Needless to say I shut the lucid mode off again. 😅

Are you sure you're using Librefox and not Librewolf?
If you are still on Librefox, you should update to Librewolf.
