Update: As of May 20, it seems to be fixed. Also removed the video because i'd rather not have my youtube linked here. Will re-add it if it's needed in the future.
As you can see in the video below, when I try resizing the browser window, a comment popup moves to bottom or top corner. It's really annoying and it's moving too fast to catch it with ublock's element blocker. Set the speed to 0.25 in the video settings to see the window easier.
