I've noticed these in quick succession while testing out the new changes. (comment button no longer opening the reader, new forum button in the new comments' header, create forum thread fix, etc.)
1. You don't regain the ability to switch pages using your keyboard's arrow keys if you close the menu bar. Clicking somewhere inside the reader fixes this and return the function back, but so did closing the menu bar before the changes. (Priority: Low)
2. The browser's status bar will start switching between displaying
3. The profile_container will immediately scroll back up if you scroll down far enough, rendering users unable to reach the buttons such as the sign-out button below, preventing them from being able to sign-out directly from the reader. This happens if your screen is small enough. This obviously shouldn't happen. (Priority: Medium)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Not retaining function to switch pages with arrow keys.
All of these on the latest Firefox on PC, but I doubt it matters as I don't remember these occurring before the new changes.
edit:
Additional notes:

mangadex.org/user/me and forums.mangadex.org/threads/(chapter specific thread) non-stop if you click the button at the top-right corner to bring up the profile_container while in the reader. This does not occur if the forum thread is yet to be made, and should be the default expected behaviour. (Priority: Low~Medium)3. 1. Not retaining function to switch pages with arrow keys.
- Open any chapter to get to the reader
- Open side menu to bring up the new comments system
- Close comments, then close the side menu by clicking the (X) button
- Try to switch the current page with arrow keys
- Open any chapter to get to the reader
- Scroll up the screen and click the button on the top-right corner to bring up the profile_container
- See the browser's status bar in the lower left/right of the screen switching back-and-forth displaying two urls in quick succession while the profile_container is still up
- Have your screen set small enough so that the profile_container can't show all its buttons at the same time
- Open the reader
- Scroll up the screen and click the button on the top-right corner to bring up the profile_container
- Scroll down while inside the profile_container
- Profile_container will immediately scroll back up to the top if you scroll down deep enough
All of these on the latest Firefox on PC, but I doubt it matters as I don't remember these occurring before the new changes.

Additional notes:
1 - Not retaining the function of arrow keys
- Function to switch pages with arrow keys will be retained if the side menu is closed by clicking the [Menu] button in the reader
- Opening the Firefox Developer Tools by pressing F12 will stop both behaviours, closing the Dev Tools however will restart the buggy behaviours
