One translation of the Japanese rōmaji title gave me this:
The Barbarian King and the Apothecary are plotting to bring down their enemies, but they are currently composing haiku in the remote frontier, so they have no time to deal with you!
and the other this:
The Village Doctor Has No Time for Nonsense ~I'm Too Busy Rebuilding the Town in This Disaster Zone to Waste Time on You Lot!~
And with the same translators but with the plain Japanese title:
The all-purpose pharmacist has no plans for revenge—he's busy creating new medicines in a remote area, so he doesn't have time to deal with you!
and the other:
The All-Purpose Apothecary Has No Time for Revenge—I’m too busy developing new medicines in this remote land to have any time to deal with you lot!
Don't ask why I did this.
