Raw says that the request is for 500 bottles in 3 days.
The 50 bottles that Anya mentioned is not herself, but Marianna's ability. She was saying that "Marianna can usually make 50 bottles really easily, so I'm sure she can finish this request" (not direct quote, but the gist of what she's saying).
Then later Marianna tells Anya that she can usually go up to 300 so it's fine.
