OK, I can let a lot of thing pass just for the sake of enjoying cute yuri harem story, but WHY-HOW-WHEN did the other knights came asking for help if the commander was doing "fine". There was no reason for them to leave and ask for help if they were normally fighting dragons a moment ago until the commander made that mistake. Or, in any case, WHY no one of them stayed with the commander if he was hurt, defending him while someone went to ask the MC for help?? This is beyond stupid, or maybe I'm not smart enought to understand this manga...
