Looks to me like she's been talking to the same guy all along.
And I'm guessing she called him a lolicon, which, if you've read enough romcoms with tsundere leads, you should've come across quite a few times.

tl;dr narrator is not the good person FL was hoping he would be. she is still hopeful at the end, but realistic and maintains her air of ツンツン
