Surprised to see "the end", story had zero signs of wrapping up, but it makes total sense because it's not a hard break, like between original series and LO or LO and MC, it's a continuation. Yoko's childhood on Mars is Mars Chronicle, Yoko's training in Panzerkunst is Panzerkunst Chronicle. I'm actually expecting the story to pick up right where we left off, with no timeskip or breaking out of flashback. Not at first at least.
But I'm also expecting this continuation to show more of "current day" story, I hope it won't be just the flashback. People Gally knew from her training days are necro soldiers now, past and present intertwined, previous events are relevant to current events, far more than something from her childhood. Things like that. Maybe it all will revolve around this theme of dead(literally) past of Yoko trying to stick back to modern Gally.
Mite b cool, I trust Kishiro.
