For anyone taking the spoiler pages seriously: Those are from the initial draft of the manga where Sakuraba was supposed to be the MC and Ichijo the rival, so don't stop reading thinking Anna will suddenly switch from Ichijo to Sakuraba just because his plays are flashy.
It ain't happening unless he he gets a sudden stroke of amnesia and turns into a completely different character that isn't a complete self-centered asshat.
