I didn't watch anime because already read this.
So basically even without anime we don't miss to much of the story right?

Yeah, anime just went a bit further, so not missing much, but at the same time manga not gonna get there anytime soon due to how slow paced is currently going, but understandable since it came back from hiatus in september due to artist health

Well it's been 3 months so you know, long enough of wait for someone else to do it. If Brutal wants to release later let em but people will pick sonner over later releases specially when we're talking literal months.

I mean yeah, 3 months wait some people can consider it "dropped" to pick it up, but not like it was the group fault anyway, since serie came back from hiatus back in September with Volume 7 and 62 being out, is being published pretty slow paced, and this is how much further it is, yes not that much, 63.2 recently became "free" when 64 got published which is currently paid, if they were waiting for free full 63 to be out, that was just like a week ago

So I reread everything til now cause I forgot too much.

This series has some real bad writing like absolutely retarded writing. I took notes as I went cause I was flaberghasted how bad it was.

Spoiler: To keep size down

1. Supposedly MC has never met any other Beast tamers.
2. MC is trained in multiple classes (Which is apparently never done).
3. MC somehow didn't know Beast Tamers normally can only have 1 contract at a time normally. This is contradicted by point 2 since he was trained with a trainer.
4. MC doesn't know that contracts can improve his stats if they are more powerful them him.
5. The Hero party is the one to abandon the Merchant and this is never addressed nor does the merchant even mention this.
6. Heroes party gets a new Tamer only for him to be the standard weak the class is always (Then why would anyone want to be a tamer?) but if the Hero party found a Tamer so easily and later on when they do applications for them ther are so many how then point 1 is contradicted.
7. MC doesn't have an adventuring license somehow, this is retarded for multiple reasons but the MC was only with the Hero party for 6 months. When he joined the party surely they'd have him get a license? Cause the Hero party clearly has to get money somehow.
8. MC clears out a notorious gang of 100 and a whole chunk of C class monsters only gets raised to F rank. It even rubs salt in the wounds of writing by mentioning the reward was C class level for what he did.
9. MC can camp outdoors with his waifu but the second they go to a hotel room he can't sleep in the same room cause too lewd even though they are in seperate beds.
10. MC uses Assimilation and says all Tamers can use it, he's trained in the class and yet this isn't true at all. He's shocked when he's told no it's not normal at all.
11. MC is concerned about Orcs when he's beaten a literal Dragon/Superior race. Not to mention he's contracted with 2 of them and has a super stat boost. Instead of kill the Orc that attacks said Dragon he takes the knife hit cause drama needed writing.
12. Hero Party duels MC's Party, they are wiped out with super ease. Ofcourse this is where we get the Hero is actually evil (Why in all these series someone designated assumedly by a god is so evil?).
13. MC is looking for a new Tamer for party (Even though he now knows he'll never get anyone close to MC) while the Cleric is starting to question things with the Hero she stupidly is all "He has to be the one to do the thing so I'll just placate him with false praise and not question his stupid plans/ideas cause faith or some shite".
14. MC lets clearly rapey mc rapeface son of mayor live for no reason. Even though he not only wanted to rape the 2 fairies but also wasn't above murdering the townsfolk over it. Also tells MC he'll get what he wants as he runs away and MC thinks nothing of this.
15. MC learns how bad the mayors son is and also the Mayor but is like "I don't want to get the townsfolk involved" (When they are being killed, raped, tortured anyways) and is telling party members "Noo you can't we'll be done for treason. Such stupid contrived writing.
16. MC and good Knight wont do anything cause no evidence when they have an entire town of people who can vouch them post taking out the trash also if they took out the trash you'd find evidence in the Manor and other places.
17. The new plan to get evidence is to attack the knights, so why couldn't this be done openly? No seriously why couldn't it be?
18. MC is concerned that if they fail they'll be tried for treason, he already is from beating the Son of teh mayor so this is a retarded line of though
19. Hero helps Mayors son, this makes no sense how he knew and how he happened to be in the same town and could set this all up when the raid happened only hours later. More retarded writing.
20. MC gets mad that a superior race has been beaten every day and proclaims "I can't believe he'd stoop so low" seemingly forgetting the whole taking women every month to rape and beat them..... you know let alone all the innocents that were killed as "treason" for daring to want said women back and justice done.
21. MC keeps not killing the soldiers that have been ultra bad guys this whole time, there is no purpose to keep them alive.
22. MC only somehow learns now he's immune to status effects from his contract with the fairies.
23. How does the Son of the mayor run faster then the MC and 2 of the most powerful superior races? Oh right to create drama.

Yeah, it's not exactly the pinnacle of writing. Lots of inconsistencies to justify characters' reactions or knowledge one way or another. A lot of it stems from wanting the MC to be special, but also ordinary. And maybe a slew of wanting the characters to be surprised at stuff to mask that the author has no clue about what's happened previously.

It's one of those mangas you don't notice disappearing for months, and even when it gets back it takes a while to realise it has been gone for months. It's dumb but sort of readable, since you don't really need the effort to remember what's going on.
