....Haru is quite the devious girl herself.
Her inner-monologues keep reflecting how lonely and unloved she is, but she *completely* forgot about Louis in a heartbeat. She went from hugging Legosi in the dark, thinking it was Louis, crying Louis' name, to chanting to herself: "Oh, woe be me, for nobody loves me but a savage wolf! Such fate! Much rue!" -- which is completely, and utterly untrue. What the hell happened in this arc?
Tbh, it feels like the characterization of the characters is just way off, that the author did not do a very good job. Juno, as well, is a blatant walking metaphor for Legosi's inner-conflict about Haru, and is forceful as fuuuuuuuck. Juno as a character is extra forceful and dumb, because......They're in highschool. What the fuck is up with this: "We're the perfect couple, we must stay together for the good of the species"?
Frog in a well, much? I get that they have some measure of politics mixed in their lives, but Juno as a character came in way too hot, way too fast, and way to blunt for a high-school drama, ffs.
This story is all sorts of absurd, it's above average for sure -- but this arc really tanked it. Feels like someone meddled with it.
P.S:
@SotiCoto
Haha, I swear, guy. How do you even think about that when you're reading the story? lmao. It does look weird when you look at it, but I'd say that is the last thing that should've broken your suspension of disbelief here. :v
