I think it's common for Zyugoya. In my other favorite series of his, the Demon Mother one, the protagonist starts out as a statuesque, beautiful, and decently well endowed young woman, but by the end of the series her bazongas are like 50% of her body weight.

When we first meet the protag's husband, he's pretty small, slender, and slightly built, with a sort of sinister aspect, but as the series goes on he's beefy and handsome enough to make an excellent Calvin Klein model, or whatever the equivalent in the demon world.

Fair, though sometimes the "upgrade" gets an in universe explanation like the "please give me your blood" one where the main vampire girl fills out dramatically and it's explicitly addressed as being due to going from starving to VERY well fed.
