Manga with male mc that blends the line between good and evil preferably smart and manipulative . The only examples I can think of are light yagami and Lelouch. MCs from stuff like overlord(kinda got bored of it after the first episode so I haven’t seen it after that) or rising shield hero, or the tanyana one where’s it’s about a kid I think don’t count cause they all lean heavily to one side and just have a bit of slight edginess to them. Also be nice if it was about romance code geass does have some but not enough but it isn’t necessary

@Jackone Varying levels of conflicted feelings that you'll be getting from the MC's actions, but there you go.

Feels weird recommending this back-to-back, but Lost Man has an MC that's doesn't really qualify as a good guy, though he's not bad, and he makes some questionable decisions for his own benefit.
Kasane's MC is also not exactly good, even if we might feel pity or support for her (at one point).
For outright villainy, End and Save's titular pair are actual, manipulative villains, but it's really fun to follow them.
Now this genre might not be your bread and butter, but The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass's MC is also a villain that you may or may not cheer for.
Break Blade features the infamous moral grey area, y'know, the war thingy.
Tbh, I haven't finished Akumetsu, but our protag is a serial killer. Doesn't get more grey than that.
I also didn't finish Kimi no Knife (more like I'm barely starting to read it) but it fits so there you go.
... Which reminds me of Munou na Nana, another nice read.
Topping it off with a tamer one in Gorae Byul, admittedly the one that belongs the least on the list but I felt conflicted enough. You know what, nvm.
And it wouldn't be right to not mention Bokura no Kiseki; that wouldn't be like me.

Also that's the basic plotline at the start. It's a pretty great hook, and that "serial killer" deal was what got me to start reading it anyways. It's not false too, even if it's not the whole story.

@radkube It's Bokura no Kiseki! It's my favorite ongoing manga with great attention to all characters, good worldbuilding, excellent mystery plot, and a badass MC. The start might throw you off, but it keeps on giving and getting better, till you get hooked. Do give it a try (if you want to, of course)

The MC of Onani Master Kurosawa isn't a hero or anything, and he's downright deplorable at the start of the manga, but he goes through a redemption arc and becomes a decent person. Also has romance, though
