Personally when I want to read some Japanese text, I use CaptureToText + QTranslate (DeepL). It takes time but the translation is decent enough. The major downside is that it only works with dark color text on white background.

I don't know about the current chapters, but volume 5 makes it really hard to deny Hina's feelings for Satsuki are romantic in nature. Like impossibly hard.
