Some tips on the TS:

While the TS has improved quite a bit compared to previous releases, the text still needs to follow the shape of the bubble
ie, circular bubbles need to have text with a circular shape, rectangle bubbles with a regular shape, etc (see below for more details)

That's probably the biggest apparent issue that I have. Next is that you should probably keep the small text within the bubble so that it's easier to read.
Check the last panel to see what I mean.

The next is the huge block of text that's very difficult to parse at the end. Try new lines, different fonts, colors, etc
It's always best to check how other people have done it, in this case, Wazawahi and friendlynokill have been doing a much better job. Even if a script has already been proofread, try playing around with the words as you're typesetting to see if you get a better shape.

The work so far has been passable, meaning that I can read it just fine, but I'm sure a lot of people would be happier if more effort was put into the job.

What do you mean "his two day paid vacations starts today". The wording makes it sound like he only gets two days of paid time off in the year. I know employment laws in japan are awful but surely it can't be that bad ?
