That's an interesting idea and is also probable, but another interesting idea is that in the future, there wouldn't be a need for an artist (as well as writers) in making manga. In the manga "Orgin" (recommend), MC make some side money buy making manga, but all he needs to do is create a story and an AI draws the whole chapter in an instant.

I think AI will be intelligent and "creative" enough to make Shakespeare, and translate it all into all the possible writing languages, making scancalating a thing of the pass.
