It was no joke when you said there was a lot going on! And you also weren't joking when you said the author clearly has an idea of what they want to do! It's so chaotic and the tone keeps changing even within a single chapter, but this is so fun 😄
I feel bad for the chef standee though. R.I.P. dad 🥲 What's the deal with it looking like her dad, always being in the way, the kid's dad got caught on it and prevented from entering when the parents arrived to get the kid, and then it broke when we learned what Sara's mom is really like..... I feel like I learned about the vibe of Sara's dad even though he barely said two things this whole chapter. I wish it didn't get shattered though lol
