Oof, I had a bad feeling about Takayama because he kind of resembles a certain somebody from this author's previous work, and he wasn't really quite the protagonist but was the initial romantic target of the only girl in their group. But now she's awakening the same basic ability he has, and it's not like the team needs two people with it. He might not be coming back to team Birdmen. Could become an enemy they have to defeat at some point for Karasuma's plan to work I guess?

I also think that it's happening in that way . He hides way too much from the group , Karasuma understood that and was wary of him.
