@Luxie_Spades I don't think it's love but more like an obsession. He wants to know how will her life ends this time. It's like a game, for him. If she dies, she's reborn, and he can play with her for another life. He wants to know how will she react to this situation this time so she's like a toy which he is attached to, you know...
