Hello, I'm a moderator of From Zero, the group that's been working on Bittersweet Con Panna up until now.
This is a notice that we will, unfortunately, be dropping BisCon from our list of projects, as the license has ended on Foxtoon and we cannot seem to find another legitimate source of raws.
On the bright side, the translator of BisCon is currently in the process of finding another GL series to work on, so be on the lookout for that!
We apologize if this has disappointed any readers. Thank you for understanding!
EDIT (2020.05.10): We've decided to scanlate up until Ch15 as that's the last chapter of raws that we have. Please look forward to them!

Hi jemjam, I've read the noticed you wrote and then I try to look for this manhwa, then I find this website «https://www.toonchart.co.kr/webtoon/4936» have all the completed chapters that I known through the information I read on mangaupdates (118 chapters). I don't know that it would help you or not, since I don't know Korean and just try to look for the manhwa by chance and want to help you (^ᴗ^)
