I find it a little weird the author/translator is using name Black Santa when this character is clearly based off Krampus.

What bring me here is the author behind it.
I really biggest fans of Saint Oniisan and Arakawa Under the Bridge.

It is more complex when it stands between someone's fate, dream and reality. It has comedy, but more into dark humor.
This is the opposite of Arakawa which can make you laugh until you cry.

Unfortunately the raw scan is really poor.
This gonna be pretty interesting, I will try find the raw.

In Europe there is a version of the Krampus character that is basically a black guy wearing a Santa suit or, indeed, a guy in a black Santa suit. It's called Zwarte Piet by the Dutch and their former colonies.

Is it just me or are series with the starting premise of characters having work problems becoming more common? There's this, Aggretsuko, Net-juu no Susume and Kanako's Life as an Assassin. Maybe I just didn't notice until now.

Curiously it seems like the main characters are all also women.

Completely wrong.

Not according to Dutch researcher Jan Scheer and our local folklorists, and I am from a former Dutch colony.
I am Dutch myself, I still disagree completely. Zwarte Piet also punishes and abducts children, but that one similarity is not enough to make him a version of the Krampus character. He also does not wear a Santa suit, he never has. He has his own distinct outfit.
