Is it only for tags? I want to blacklist titles as well and/or hide what you dropped. I really want to search to find some more fantasy stuff for example but a lot of others are in the way that it completely demotivates me from looking further.

I can't even go past seven pages in Advanced Search before the mainsite hangs and locks up.
Why did the April Fools code of all things get priority to be brought back quickly over this crucial "low priority" feature that actually helps people find manga to read more efficiently?
yeah, this temporarily solves it. It's just that in the settings here you can filter out any pornographic content, and I wish we could have the same option for loli tags or something. I personally hate seeing it and it's hard to ignore when it's on your face. I usually just do that but I got a bit fed up today when I encountered a disgusting manga with a baby. Thanks for the tip tho!I don't have a permanent solution you desire but I can give you a band-aid solution instead. Use the Advanced Search and put the following:
Sort by: Latest Upload
Filter tags: Exclude Loli
I used canary to see how it looks and noticed that it's missing the demographic tag filtering, which funny enough mangadex v3 had them. In my case is a must have because I just want to filter out shoujo and josei manga.FYI we're testing out this feature right now and should be out probably this month
think we can put "CG set" in as a tag?FYI we're testing out this feature right now and should be out probably this month
Thanks for the reminder! Unlike in V3, demographics are no longer tags, but separate metadata categories. I'll add an additional setting alongside tag filters for that.I used canary to see how it looks and noticed that it's missing the demographic tag filtering, which funny enough mangadex v3 had them. For tags suggestions, there are a number of threads you can contribute to, such as https://forums.mangadex.org/threads...-with-age-gap-but-you-can-add-others.1725497/think we can put "CG set" in as a tag?
Taken from EHWiki's definition of artist CG
Artwork sets without panels, often made digitally. Typically in color and with more detailed backgrounds. Must depict a sequence of events (or be either a variant set or artbook) AND must be sold / distributed as a whole.
Obviously I removed the word "pornographic" from the beginning since I want a label to encompass CG sets in general.
This basically includes literally anything Zurikishi has made, the 1:39 comic, those 1 page twitter comics without panels, just all that panelless stuff where the only change between pages is just a character model being moved or text bubbles.

Are we able create blacklist for tag/genre/theme/content combinations? I don’t wanna block a tag by itself only, I wanna block it when that tag is included with another tag/content/… as well. And create multiple of blacklist combinations.FYI we're testing out this feature right now and should be out probably this month
Unfortunately, supporting that would require not using server-based filtering, since multiple tag exclusion rules are not supported. If we implemented tag combination blocklist, that would be done purely on the user's device. Are we able create blacklist for tag/genre/theme/content combinations? Thank you so much for making this feature. This has been THE feature I have been waiting for.
So, in the user settings we will have to block the tag as a whole?Unfortunately, supporting that would require not using server-based filtering, since multiple tag exclusion rules are not supported. If we implemented tag combination blocklist, that would be done purely on the user's device.
If filtering is only done on the user's device, the search might break. For example, when searching for a manga, the top 5 results shown are currently filtered by the server to match your preferences. If filtering happens only on your device, the server might send 5 irrelevant results, which get removed, leaving the search box empty—even though there are matching results further down. We can’t just fetch extra results to fix this, because there’s no way to guarantee how many extra results would preserve the same behavior.
