The thing is, they counted each new chapter at the start of each volume and the extra one at the end of volume 7.
On the official release, the extra colored chapter and the first one were counted together as chapter 1, and we counted the chapter at end of volume 7 as 98.5 hence the final chapter will be 113.

On the official release, the extra colored chapter and the first one were counted together as chapter 1, and we counted the chapter at end of volume 7 as 98.5 hence the final chapter will be 113.
