I'm not a fan of gods being portrayed so casually, like this random, energetic woman.
God characters are more effective when they don't act like humans. It's also great when authors don't directly show the god, or when they even struggle to describe him. It's similar to Lovecraftian horror.
It's even better when looking at a god directly hurts your eyes or listening to a god's whisper damages your ears. This kind of setup is great for a future payoff when the protagonist is strong enough to finally perceive the god without bleeding to death.
