Wow, it's been said, but Seiko's actions had nothing to do with being "overprotective"; Seiichi could have easily tumbled forward and fell to his death. He was already weary and even a slight shove could be disastrous. His dad sucks though, didn't even stick up for his wifey; in fact, he had to stifle his own laugh over the humorous situation. If I were in Seiichi's position, I would have socked my cousin hard in the arm, lol. I'm beginning to see a darker undertone to this family dynamic, and it speaks of marital issues between Seiichi's mother and father.

I freaking hate heights so if I were in his place I wouldn't even come in a 1 meter radius of him her response was totally okey and at this point to me it seems that the reason why she is a "doting mother" is cuz the rest of the family is nuts and the husband works all the time so she used her son as a means to cope with the feeling of loneliness (which is again okey), to me it seems that she did a pretty decent job as a mother let's see how the author will push the story to the extreme to make her into a psycho...
