No I cannot. I've read this seven months ago and now I can't recall details anymore. The gist of it is, the mother's actions and thoughts are extremely realistic if someone were to be put in her situation, and the author did a phenomenal job noticing the intricacies and successfully depicting them. It's a masterwork by the author.

Seiko's face has been looking more innocent lately. She's always given a bit of ominous uncanny vibe, but now her face looks innocent and pure as she says the most vile soul crushing things. Sei is only a murderer because of her and she knows it. It was all her well crafted plan. But even thoes who can't see that can still tell that her washing her hands of him is incredibly messed up.

kid already got locked up, you've seen what it accomplishes, more uncertainty

the manga never made it clear what's the truth:
if the kid misconstrued the incident to shift the guilt that his young mind couldn't handle
or his mother was really responsible but she's too firm in her testimony and it made him gaslit himself into believing the above

we are seeing this through his perspective
