Seems like it. Her parents were crappy to her even before her sister was born, can't believe even after Etsuko's funeral they'd say something that terrible.Does Sei’s mother have psychopathy? She was neglected since she had a sibling.
I dunno if I'd call it psychopathy but she does seem to struggle with dissociation. The mistreatment she got from her parents made it hard for to connect with the world around her. That's why she can't even build deep connections with the people in her life. The deepest connection she has is an overly obsessive one with her son. Which due to her childhood is build on a shake foundationDoes Sei’s mother have psychopathy? She was neglected since she had a sibling.
I agree. Tho his sister can be rude and is off putting to Seiko, I find it intruiging that she could always see beneath Seiko's mask, when even her own husband couldn'tGenerational trauma, a classic.
Contrary to others' assessment, I truly don't think Ichiro's sister is all that bad, or even bad at all. She is just viciously normie - loud, extrovert, outgoing, maybe bordering on soccer mom archetype. And these last few chapters have shown that she is also quite perceptive. She actually kind of grew on me, moreso that she really really didn't do anything wrong during the entire manga's events. I would probably get super exhausted very fast communicating with a person like that, but she is not a bad person and far from being a bitch.
