@selayar the mother is obviously crazy of course, but that doesn't excuse his limped dick father's behavior, I expected better after he took Sei to the hospital but he just stood around and did nothing ever since

I believe him taking Sei to the hospital was part of the problem. He only did it for his sister's sake, not Sei's. When they were their together he showed no care for his own kid what so ever. Saying that Sei's stutter was no big deal.
