I get what they were going for with Complete-21 but dear god. I think at least a solid 25-50% of it is the cape. The cape sucks roundly. Gluing the cards to the inside of it just makes it look like cheap cosplay rather than Official Toei design and whoever at Toei okayed it is bad and should feel bad.
