I'm super happy that you guys are working together!! Thanks for the amazing work :D I'm loving this because is not something that can be accepted easily for some of the passionate fans of the sports, but they're saying "this isn't working" so they need to take the egoist way instead, not something you would see in sport manga but that's what makes it interesting to read.

Hyouma Chigiri looks too girly, I'm having Inazuma Eleven flashbacks... If this gets animated, the fanart will look like......

Interested to see where the story goes. I love the art; excited to see how the story shapes up from here. It's also really nice to see both teams with be working together on this series. \o/

I really do not remember an actual famous Japanese Striker though. A prolific one anyways. It has always been japanese midfielders and defensive positions for japan whom were more known.

If famous, then Hidetoshi Nakata should be included. But yes, pre-2010 japanese footballers in europe like Nakamura and Honda are more of AMF instead of pure Strikers. I think it was after Kagawa's breakthrough with Dortmund that many Bundesliga team starts to look for cheap talents in Japan and the tradition remains until now. There were Okazaki, Osako, Haraguchi, etc.

If all of them are forwards, how will they handle team games?

Scanlation teams: *collaborate on an interesting manga*
Me: This has been the best trade deal in the history of trade deals, maybe ever.

Great that you came to an agreement. But I have a question: what raws do you guys use? Because the ones Blue Sterling used are vastly superior in image quality. I hope you guys continue with these raws.

Hmm, I understand. Well it‘s certainly easier for you guys to not need to scan the physical copies and probably cheaper too to buy the digital ones.
I personally like the physical scans by BS more, the images are brighter, sharper and show more details, imo. But I guess it‘s preference.

Anyway, thanks for scanlating the manga at all!

Ironically, more people tend to like digital raws instead of physical. We had some people telling us the quality was worse. I think it's just a preference thing
(I personally like it when it still has a paper texture to it, bit I'm a fan of physical books over reading things on screens :p)

Funny thing is, I prefer the official digital version on the big WSJ (One Piece, Dr. Stone etc.). The scans by Jaiminis Box/Mangastream are ugly compared to the official Manga+ app.

In Blue Lock‘s case your scans are much better though. :)
It looks much brighter and crisper, which is preferable. The digital raws by Mono look darker and lack details, especially in the black drawn parts.. Funny, that people prefer that. 😅
