The kid's parents should do something about his personality. How can he work fluently as an aristocrat when he can't give a very simple compliment without stammering and randomly glares at people? Manners and social skills were of utmost importance to the upper class in the past, indeed they were one of the fundamental things separating the social classes (partially on purpose as the upper class obviously wanted to look different from the poor masses), which means there were lots of small things present that one had to learn from the young age.
