So it's a pun between 'I want your seed' (Go shushi ga hoshī!) and 'I want (to know) your origin' (Go shusshin ga hoshī), so he turns seed into origin. I imagine nobody would normally make this mistake (might not even be grammatically correct), but as the text says he suffers from 'romcom disease' (dense). Also his thoughts are in katakana, probably to emphasize his confusion/denial of reality (kata is usually used for foreign loan words).
