No since she’s wearing a track suit. It’s not cross dressing if it’s normal clothes. In manga cross dressing has to be very obvious like a man wearing a dress. It’s hard to tell much with girls cross dressing since wearing pants is normal. Only way a girl would be cross dressing if she wears a boys uniform at school.
