There is more actually coming, right? That felt like the kind of ending they use for the last episode of an anime with an ongoing manga if they don't know if they'll ever make a season 2. All the current plot is resolved but they leave you just enough hints to tease that there might be more story to tell.

Personally I'm looking forward to Haida joining the superhero team as one of the heroes. She definitely has the right personality for it.

Bonus points if Eichi and Star can't tell it's her.

Thanks for translating this series sufficientbluejay, I suspect I have indeed been enjoying it as much as you! I'm always extra pleased when an H-artist I like releases a 10/10 all-ages series (such as Noise's) which clearly shows care was put into it.

Speaking of which, I like that Flame's obstinacy wasn't just because Eichi was somehow unworthy despite the Crown choosing him, but instead because Star needed it to leave. Heriyama also set up a lot of plot for later (Teenage Storm as a second hero team, randos + Chaos being attracted by the Crown's light, the start of Haida's hero path) while cleanly closing Act 1. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the series.

Ikr its slightly weird pacing on the mangaka's part since it felt like either the ending to a short story or really long prologue
