guy is not a good real estate agent. If I was in charge of selling a house connected to a fantasy dungeon I would sell it to the highest bidder. I bet there's a bunch of 1%ers who would love to live the isekai life

yeah......... OR you could get captured by the goverment and silence or kill you to not spread this strange phenomenon because the dungeon would be a great new resource for them and to also strengthen its own country.
Cause think about it if he publicized it to the public and the higher people or even the military gets the information about surely not everyone is a good guy, that's why when he sold it to our mc he immediately run for his fucking life
