He did give them to her before leaving after all. As for Enami, he deserves whatever he gets since he doesn't listen to people. Then again, the last known location of an NHK employee was your apartment. I guess it would make more sense to try and retrieve him before NHK sends some police to your location to inquire as to what happened with him. The last thing you need is for more people to enter your apartment to investigate matters and get stuck in the dungeon.
Also if he has Shizuku go with him in the dungeon, who is going to do his part time job while he's away? Hmm... better put in for some leave first.
