Man, I was giving that guy the benefit of the doubt. Seems like the grief from him leaving her behind was just that he wanted to bang her.

While I want to hope that they intend to permanently get rid of the guys, I have a feeling it will just be some stupid halloween spooky "ghost" that is actually a mimic-slime to scare them into dropping their sword (this point is why I have reason to hope that my feeling is off and they actually will die) and run back unharmed. Mainly because she is on record as partying with the guys, so if only she returns then she will become the one with rumors. Particularly if she returns with ria later.

Okay, last chapter I was sympathetic for the guy with the sword, but realizing he's has unfaithful (though to be fair he assumes she's dead but if you love someone you would grieve longer than that) and so flirty I want him to be dead.

They haven't had another party member for a while nor had they gone to the 5th floor since they're still looking for Ria's body. They also have a bad reputation, so not just anyone - especially with gear worth looting - would party up with them.
