CORRECTOR'S NOTE:

so initially, this panel in pg21 was translated as this
and I thought to myself "jar soap? dafuq does that mean?"
so I went to look it up, and apparently soap in japanese means "sekken"
which didn't make much sense by itself, so I then decided to consult... THE FORBIDDEN ARCHIVES....... PhiliaScans.
so what they did for this page was they translated it as "soapranger", which reminded me of power rangers, which reminded me of super sentai, in which each series is suffixed by "-ger"
so I went to search up "super sentai sekkenger" and got no results, but google redirected me to "shinkenger" (power rangers samurai for you western folks) and shinkenger aired in 2009 so the timeline matches up (I think)

so my assumption here is, sorata just asked her to play the shinkenger theme, inarizaka misheard it as "sekken", and the rest is history.
(and also ig credit's due where credit's due, shoutout to philiascans, I wouldn't have figured out this one without that lol)
