Is gifting socks to your bf/gf like a bad omen in your country, or is it the type of gift that's really frowned upon?I'm honestly amazed at the gifting practice in the manga in general. Is it really humble like this in Japan? Cause I gotta say, I love it. I mean, I'd be honestly happy with anything, as long as love and thought was put behind it. Much better than the obligatory thing that I usually get. Also, there's an expcetation behind these things, that far exceeds common sense. I can guarantee, that if someone were to give socks to a boyfriend/girlfriend in my country, that'd be the last present they would give.
May i recommend some Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu? You know, I never thought I would ever have the pleasure of reading a romance manga featuring a short guy and a tall girl again since Lovely Complex. I'm glad I was proven wrong.
Well, I guess it's a gift that you give when you don't really care and socks are always a safe option. Like on christmas, for exmaple. Oh, I have no idea what to give her/him. Let's just put some socks and sweet and call it a day.Is gifting socks to your bf/gf like a bad omen in your country, or is it the type of gift that's really frowned upon?
It sounds about right, but weirdly enough, with how much I put my socks through, there's never too many for me.Well, I guess it's a gift that you give when you don't really care and socks are always a safe option.
