Welp people already pointed this out, but it's true it's weird for S-ranked Sage couldn't even handle that matter by themselves. They are not even being creative in using their power or even capable to control the output.
I really thought they are still not properly graduated or something. B-rank is what they should be at most.

Authors should slow down in making S-ranked things story if what they have in mind is only something like this.
